When your components fails;
- 1. Call our Technical Support Department
- 2. Send back the bad part and provide us with tracking info.
- 3. We send you a new part without waiting for your part to arrive at our location.
*** All original packaging must be returned, returning products without original packaging will void your advance replacement agreement.
