If you have a printer problem call Lexmark's Technical Support Center or submit a support request via the Web. Lexmark's highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved, Lexmark will dispatch a trained technician to your location (usually the next business day) for printer repair. By purchasing a LexOnSite Repair extended warranty, a customer is eligible for on-site service during the term of the extension. If your original warranty was a carry-in product, then you will be required to purchase a LexOnSite Repair Upgrade to cover your original warranty and any extended warranties purchased.
