The On-site Upgrade to Factory Warranty provides the customer with the added security of APC authorized service personnel to provide on-site service should an issue arise during the standard factory warranty period. This program supplements the factory warranty of the unit with the addition of next day response on-site service for the full term of the factory warranty and guaranteed next business day delivery of parts at no extra charge for shipment of parts or modules to and from the customer's site.
