The detention grade MiniGlobe MGDS4 provides a tamper-proof, integrated solution for indoor and outdoor security applications. The MGDS4 includes a high- quality camera,lens and impact-resistant housing. An optional heater is available for cold weather installations. Use the MGDS4 in critical public locations and any- where with low-10 feet or less-ceilings. It is an ideal solution for prisons, schools, institutions and government facilities. Part of the MiniGlobe line, the surface-mount MGDS4 is designed for quick and simple installation. The MGDS4 will mount easily to a standard 4 octagonal junction box-other mounting options are available.It comes with a clear, poly-carbonate dome and camera-concealing liner. Bronze domes and custom colors are available as well.The MGDS4 accommodates an extensive variety of cameras including day/night options as well as lens configurations. DSP chip technology features Auto White Balance, Auto Gain Control, and Backlight Compensation. Lenses may be ordered as fixed focal lengths-2.9mm, 3.6mm, 6mm, 8mm, 12mm- and 2.6 - 6mm, 4 - 8mm or 6 - 15mm varifocal. Manual and Auto Iris lenses are available.The 24VAC units include line lock and phase adjustment.Designed to meet NEMA 4 and IP66 standards,the MGDS4 delivers excellent quality in an easy-to-install, versatile, integrated product an exceptional solution for high security applications.
