If you have a printer problem call Lexmark's Technical Support Center or submit a support request via the web. Lexmark's highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved, Lexmark will dispatch a trained technician to your location (usually the next business day) to set up the exchange printer that will be shipped to your site. By purchasing a LexOnSite Exchange extended warranty, a customer is eligible for on-site exchange during the term of the extension. If your original warranty was a carry in product, then you will be required to purchase a LexOnSite Exchange Upgrade to cover your original warranty and any extended warranties purchased. This contract is applied to Lexmark Optra E (all models), Optra K, Opttra Color 40, 4092-001, Optra Color 45, 4080-001.
